Our Application Assistance Services
MSHS provides full-service guidance from start to finish:
- Assistance downloading and completing the Mobility application
- Clear explanation of eligibility requirements

- Review of your application for accuracy and completeness
- Submission support (mailing or uploading forms as needed)
Who May Qualify?
You may qualify for Mobility/Paratransit services if you:
- Have a physical, developmental, cognitive, or medical disability
- Cannot independently use fixed-route public transportation (bus or train)
- Need specialized transportation for medical appointments, work, or daily living activities
Eligibility is determined by the Maryland Transit Administration through an application review and possible assessment.
